 YOUTH FITNESS 

A youth fitness program designed to get your child off the video games and out of the house to be active.  This fitness camp will enhance your child's knowledge of body movements and body awareness.  Youth members will be trained in balance, conditioning, strength and agility.  Our course will have team challenges that will help your child interact with other youth and learn social skills through fun friendly competition.  Health of mind and body are the overall goals which will be achieved from our  program
